Our annual Dealer Meetings are returning on December 8, December 10, and December 11. 

By attending our annual Dealer Meetings, members are able to:

  • Voice your concerns and share ideas
  • Network with fellow members
  • Collaborate to enhance the Association and individual success

Southern Maine Dealer Meeting and MEMA holiday party: Monday, December 8, 2025 (4:00 PM - 6:00 PM) at DiMillo's On The Water, Portland, ME.

Bangor Dealer Meeting: Wednesday, December 10, 2025 (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM) at Hollywood Casino Hotel & Raceway, Bangor, ME.

Northern Maine Dealer Meeting: Thursday, December 11, 2025 (4:30 PM - 7:00 PM) at the Swamp Buck Restaurant & Lounge, Fort Kent, ME.

If your company is registering more than three employees for the Bangor or Northern Maine meetings, any additional employees may attend for free. Please contact the MEMA office to provide their names so we can include them in the RSVP list.
