This class has a required tool kit. A tool bag with all tools is part of your tuition price. The tools you'll be provided with can be found HERE (HVAC Pro Column).

About the HVAC-R Professional Program:

MTEC's 12-week HVAC-R Professional program provides a comprehensive foundation for those entering the HVAC-R field. The program incorporates the full suite of training for A/C, refrigeration, heat pumps, oilheat, propane and natural gas. 

Here are the classes you will take as part of the program:

  • Oilheat Technician Training
  • Refrigerant Recovery & EPA 608 Certification
  • 40Hr Heat Pump Training
  • Tank Setter & Outside Piping (Propane)
  • Appliance Installation & Service (Propane)

Time

Classes meet Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

No Class on 11/28 and 11/29 for Thanksgiving.
