With the growing demand for MSHP maintenance\, this course focuses on diagnosing issues\, performing repairs\, and conducting proper cleaning and mold removal. Participants will engage in hands-on lab work\, troubleshooting live equipment using AC Service Tech training materials\, videos\, and workbooks. This is a non brand specific training using materials from AC service tech. Each student will receive a training manual and workbook. Please bring your own small hand tools for the lab assignments.This is not an entry-level course. Technicians should have a solid understanding of the Installation and Operation of MSHP before attending this class.About MTEC's A/C and Heat Pump Program:When you enroll in MTEC's A/C and Heat Pump program\, in three weeks or less\, you will receive a comprehensive education on today's high-efficiency cooling systems and heat pumps. Not only that you will receive the skills and support needed to get your EPA Section 608 Certification and all requirements to become a registered vendor through Efficiency Maine (to be eligible for heat pump rebates).
