About the Class:
Dual Fuel is a central heating system with two sources of heat: the electric Heat Pump and a gas or oil fired hot air furnace. The systems are fully integrated using a single thermostat. Multi zoning is also an option with dampers.
This two-day class will identify dual fuel systems, the advantages of an integrated system, duct work strategies and sizing, system design and layout, and proper control strategies.
